Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by L&D Garage Co. are non-binding and subject to change upon on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins. We will not proceed with any service without your explicit approval of the final price.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, and digital payment methods (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp). Financing options may be available for qualifying projects, subject to credit approval.

Warranty

L&D Garage Co. stands behind our workmanship. We provide a warranty on labor for all services performed. Parts and materials may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L&D Garage Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service calls are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched.
